Frequently Asked Questions


1. How much is postage?

For orders within the UK mainland there is a charge of £4.50 ex VAT. We do not deliver outside of the UK at present. Please note there will be an additional delivery charge if delivered outside of UK mainland, please contact Customer Services to ascertain these costs

 

2. Can I return an item I do not like?

If you change your mind about the product, you can notify us within 14 days and return it to us. The return may be subject to a re-stocking charge. For further information on re-stocking charges please refer to the Terms and Conditions section. Any refunds will be made within 30 days of receiving your returned item. You are expected to cover the cost of returning the item and your initial delivery charge will not be refunded. Refunds will not be given if the item has been fitted, damaged or so altered that it is not fit for immediate re-sale. View Returns Policy

 

3. Do prices include VAT?

The prices shown in your shopping basket are exclusive of VAT. This will be added at the checkout at the current rate of 20% and shown in the total amount. Please note that publications and some items of footwear are VAT exempt . P&P will also have VAT added at the checkout.

 

4. Do I need to be Gas Safe Registered?

To ensure that we are selling to professionals, on certain items we will only sell to gas safe registered engineers and we will require a gas safe registered number at the time of ordering. 

 

5. Are all items in stock?

We hold comprehensive stocks of all our products. However all product listings show stock quantities. Certain items listed as in remote warehouse are ordered directly from the supplier. 

 

6. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

All orders received before 5:00pm (Monday to Friday) and in stock will be dispatched the same day by Post or via courier (dependent on the weight of your order). However, CORGI Direct cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the delivery service. Where we are out of stock of an item we will advise you immediately (telephone orders only) and do our utmost to provide you with a target delivery date.
 

7. What if I don't want to order online?

You can still telephone our hotline on 01285 715408 or fax 01285 713992. We are available to take your orders from 8:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday. Please let them know when placing your order that you have visited our website.
