Frequently Asked Questions


1. How much is postage?

For orders within the UK mainland under £35 there is a charge of £4.95. Orders over £35 will be delivered free of charge. We do not deliver outside of the UK at present. Please note there will be an additional delivery charge if delivered outside of UK mainland, please contact Customer Services to ascertain these costs

 

2. Can I return an item I do not like?

CORGIdirect provides a 28 day returns policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will give you a full credit or refund providing it is returned to us within 28 days and in perfect, unused condition. Please View full returns policy here

 

3. Do prices include VAT?

The prices shown in your shopping basket are exclusive of VAT. This will be added at the checkout at the current rate of 20% and shown in the total amount. Please note that publications and some items of footwear are VAT exempt . P&P will also have VAT added at the checkout.

 

4. Do I need to be Gas Safe Registered?

To ensure that we are selling to professionals, on certain items we will only sell to gas safe registered engineers and we will require a gas safe registered number at the time of ordering. 

 

5. Are all items in stock?

We hold comprehensive stocks of all our products. However all product listings show stock quantities. Certain items listed as in remote warehouse are ordered directly from the supplier. 

 

6. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

All orders received before 4:30pm (Monday to Friday) and in stock will be dispatched the same day by Post or via courier (dependent on the weight of your order). However, CORGIdirect cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the delivery service. Where we are out of stock of an item we will advise you immediately (telephone orders only) and do our utmost to provide you with a target delivery date.
 

7. What if I don't want to order online?

You can still telephone our hotline on 01285 715408 or fax 01285 713992. We are available to take your orders from 8:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday. Please let them know when placing your order that you have visited our website.
