Frequently Asked Questions

1. How much is postage?

For orders within the UK mainland under £35 there is a charge of £4.95. Orders over £35 will be delivered free of charge. We do not deliver outside of the UK at present. Please note that Powerflushers, Van Boxes and items from KAMCO will incur an additional delivery charge if delivered outside of UK mainland, please contact Customer Services to ascertain these costs


2. Can I return an item I do not like?

CORGIdirect provides a 28 day returns policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will give you a full credit or refund provided* (not applicable to all products) it is returned to us within 28 days and in perfect, unused condition. However please note that Software products, BSi standards, Powerflusher units and Van Boxes are non-returnable/non-refundable View full returns policy here


3. Do prices include VAT?

The prices shown in your shopping basket are exclusive of VAT. This will be added at the checkout at the current rate of 20% and shown in the total amount. Please note that publications and some items of footwear are VAT exempt . P&P will also have VAT added at the checkout.


4. Do prices vary from the catalogue?

We regret that due to the length of time needed to build the catalogue there may be occasions when prices may differ through channels. Products and prices are subject to change without notice. We regret that we can not be held responsible for any costs that your business may incur.


5. What if I am not CORGI registered?

You no longer need to be CORGI registered to purchase certain items. However, as Gas Safe Register is the new registration body for gas in Great Britain, we will check orders with products that carry their logo to see whether you are a Gas Safe Registered installer.


6. Are all items in stock?

We currently hold most items, however, all products shown indicate whether they are in or out of stock.


7. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

All orders received before 4pm (Monday to Friday) and in stock will be dispatched the same day by UKMail 1st Class Post or via courier (dependent on the weight of your order). However, CORGIdirect cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the UKMail service. Where we are out of stock of an item we will advise you immediately (telephone orders only) and do our utmost to provide you with a target delivery date.

Please note that  vehicle signage can take up to 28 working days. This is due to them being personalised to your specification.

8. What if I don't want to order online?

You can still telephone our hotline on 0800 915 0490 or fax 01285 713992. We are available to take your orders from 8:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday. Please let them know when placing your order that you have visited our website.
