Why are the CP12 Landlord Gas Safety Record Pads changing?
The CP12 Landlord / Homeowner Gas Safety Record has been changed primarily in anticipation of potential changes to Landlords requirements in the Gas Safety (Installation & Use) Regulations (GSIUR) that are planned to come into effect in April 2018, whilst still being in a format that can be used with the existing Legislation.
The CP12 has also been updated to allow for additional recording of information and readability by the user and Landlord / Homeowner.
Make sure you keep an eye out for the potential forthcoming changes to the GSIUR and be prepared.
This CP12 form is the precise way to record the gas safety checks carried out during a Landlord / Home Owner gas safety inspection, with the added security benefit of unique serial numbers*, enabling you to track work that you have carried out.
CORGIdirect’s most popular form provides an accurate record of all the relevant information required in accordance with the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998. Full guidelines are shown to explain how to complete the form; plus on the reverse of each copy is a check list to ensure that all points of the inspection have been completed.
If a Warning/Advice Notice is required during the inspection, please see our "Warning Advice Notice Pad" (Code: CP14).
Please be aware that you need to be Gas Safe Registered to be able to purchase this product.
