"Monument’s Universal Tap Reseating Kit is the ideal tool for re-cutting the seats of worn taps and stopcocks without disconnecting the pipework. The flat and bevelled cutters are manufactured with radial cutting faces and flats milled on the reverse side to aid removal from the centre spindle. Machined recesses to the centre spindle accommodate the cordless drill attachment (supplied), 15mm flat and 15mm bevelled cutters and a 3/8 inch BS5412 bush.

The Universal kit comprises:
• A centre spindle with tommy bar,
• threaded sleeve,
• cordless drill attachment,
• 2 tapered steel cones,
• 2 double ended steel bushes,
• one single sized steel bush,
• 3 bevelled cutters and 4 flat cutters.
• Each part fits neatly into its own slot in the foam insert, which is housed in a sturdy plastic case.

The Universal kit is suitable for reseating most old and new style 3/8, ½ & ¾ inch BS1010 and BS5412 taps."
