The complete 3-in-1 pad to record the details of gas work undertaken. Can be used instead of the Gas Safety Inspection Pad (CP4), the Service/Maintenance Checklist (CP6) and the Landlord/Homeowner Gas Safety Record Pad (CP12). Each form printed with a unique serial number.*

The new CP1 does not cover the ability to collect information for Building Regulations and will not be accepted as a method of gas work notification.
