Clare Barrett - Head of CORGIdirect
Clare joined CORGI over 5 years ago helping create the business that exists today. Clare started as a Communication Manager helping form the channels which are communicated through today. Clare has an in-depth Business and Marketing background working in many sectors bringing a viable mix of skills to the CORGIdirect team. Clare has grown in her position to become the Head of CORGIdirect guiding the team and understanding the customers.
Chris Long - Technical Editor
Chris started his career in the gas industry by joining British Gas Southern as an apprentice after leaving school. Chris worked for 10 years with British Gas before migrating to CORGI as a Technical Officer in 2000. Here Chris spent 3 ½ years supporting CORGI members and representing CORGI on various industry committees’. Chris has now been with CORGIdirect for some 7 years in which time he’s risen within the ranks to Senior Publications Officer, to Publications Manager (gaining a Level 3 certificate in management) and finally to his current position as Technical Editor.
Steve Darby - Product Executive
Steve has been with CORGI 10 years and with 5 years experience in New Product Development for CORGIdirect Steve is able to source new products, new suppliers and competitive pricing ensuring that all the products we hold are of use to our customers. Steve is constantly seeking new and innovative products to enhance our mix. Our customers can be assured that with his expert skills Steve will continue to do so.
Carly Wyatt – Communications Executive
As our newest member of the team, Carly is enthusiastic, eager and brings Marketing and Communication skills to the team. Carly has worked in the travel and leisure industry for 18 months and has 2 years Marketing experience, specialising in communications. Carly is responsible for bringing you the CORGIdirect catalogue, full of great products and special offers.
