Proposed changes to Building Regulations (England & Wales)
The Communities and Local Government (CLG) are conducting a consultation exercise on proposed changes to the Building Regulations (England & Wales). Sections 1, 2 (Part L), 3 (Part P) and 4 are being reviewed.
The review is designed to identify and eliminate unnecessary regulation, as well as improving energy efficiency and safety elements of buildings.

The consultation is open till 27th April 2012, with the exception of the 'Green Deal' in Section 2, which closes on 27th March 2012.
