CORGI FAQs

1. How much is postage?

For orders within the UK under £35 there is a charge of £4.95. Orders over £35 will be delivered free of charge. If ordered from outside the UK a charge will be applied on any value of order. You will be notified of this charge by email.

2. Can I return an item I do not like?

CORGI provides a 28 day returns policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will give you a full credit or refund provided it is returned to us within 28 days and in perfect, unused condition.

3. Do prices include VAT?

The prices shown in your shopping basket are exclusive of VAT, which will be added at the checkout. However both prices are displayed in the 'long description'. Please note that our publications and some items of footwear are VAT exempt . This is shown by each item.

4. Do prices vary from the catalogue?

We regret that due to the length of time needed to build the catalogue there may be occasions when prices may differ through channels. Products and prices are subject to change without notice. We regret that we can not be held responsible for any costs that your business may incur.

6. What if I am not registered?

You no longer need to be CORGI registered to purchase certain items.

7. Are all items in stock?

We currently hold most items, however, all products shown indicate whether they are in or out of stock. If there is to be any delay you will be notified by Email. If this relates to only part of your order, the remainder will be dispatched separately.

8. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

All orders received before 4pm (Monday to Friday) and in stock will be dispatched the same day by Royal Mail 1st class post or via courier (dependent on the weight of your order). However, CORGIdirect cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the Royal Mail service. Where we are out of stock of an item we will advise you immediately (telephone and web orders only) and do our utmost to provide you with a target delivery date.

Please note that stationery orders will be delivered within 15 working days and vehicle signage within 28 working days. This is due to them being personalised to your specification. In addition the following products are sent direct to suppliers within 10 working days of your order being processed:

9. What If I don't want to order online.

You can still telephone our hotline on 0800 915 0490 or fax 0800 915 0495. We are available to take your orders from 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and 9am-1pm on Saturdays. Please let them know when placing your order that you have visited our webshop.
